The automatic filling line for LiPF6 electrolyte from Kehui is a closed, inert-atmosphere system designed for accurately dispensing moisture-sensitive lithium salt solutions into drums, IBCs, and small batch containers. Unlike semi-manual stations, this automatic filling line for LiPF6 electrolyte integrates a sealed filling chamber with continuous nitrogen purging, maintaining dew point below -45°C to prevent LiPF6 hydrolysis and HF formation. Servo-driven nozzles with anti-drip valves achieve ±0.05% filling accuracy, while an integrated residual recovery system captures evaporated solvent for reuse. All wetted parts are constructed from PTFE-lined 316L or Hastelloy C276, ensuring decade-long corrosion resistance.

The system operates on a mass-based metering principle using a Coriolis flow meter coupled with a servo-driven metering pump. A PLC reads real-time weight from a floor scale or in-line load cells, adjusts pump speed, and executes a two-stage filling (fast then drip) to reach target weight. The sealed chamber is kept under slight positive nitrogen pressure (0.5 mbar) with continuous exhaust through a condenser that recovers >95% of solvent vapors. A robotic arm positions the nozzle height automatically based on container type. After filling, an automated cap tightening head applies PTFE-lined caps with torque control. All parameters are stored per batch for full traceability.
